whether the plan created is viable or not. The research design will define the methods of collecting data and analyzing them to
develop strategies to improve business performance.
Research Approach
The choice between the inductive and deductive approach is defined by the significance of hypothesis in the research. The
deductive approach is used to prove the existing theories by generating significant hypothesis. On the contrary, the inductive
approach is used for developing new theories based on the different factors in the research which will consist of developing theories
that are tentative in nature and may not hold true in the end. In this deductive approach will be used to examine the existing

Research Design
There are two types of research design used in business research, one is conclusive research and other is exploratory
research. However, in the above research, conclusive research will be used as exploratory research will explores the data but does
not provide any definitive conclusion. Conclusive research, on the other hand, as the name suggest provides relevant conclusions and

Research Strategy
Secondary data will be collected initially in this study to provide relevant conclusions. This study will be based on both
qualitative and quantitative analysis of data where the data will be collected government websites, annual reports from the company
