In the specific assignment, different discussion regarding the business environment will take
place from the perspective of two different organizations. Public sector organizations mainly
include different government ownership firms and organizations that have been funded by the
public money. As an instance, British Armed force can be described as an instance of public
sector organizations. On the other hand, private sector organizations are comprise of such
organization that has been funded by the individuals or investors and that has the primary goals
and objectives of moving up their organizational efficiency by moving up their overall
productivity. Partnership is such a form of private sector organizations where two different
organizations belonging from same industry perform collaborative business.
In limited liability organizations, the leaders of those organizations mainly have a limited amount
of resources. On the other hand, in unlimited liable organization the leaders mainly arrange
different resources from different ways.

Tesco has been selected as the first organization, which is the largest retail organization of entire
United Kingdom. The vision, mission and goals of the organization have been described below:
Vision- The key vision of the organization is to make innovation in different process and
procedures so that they can maximize their outputs (Malhotr, 2018).
Mission- The mission of the organization is to move up their revenue generation.
Value- The key value of the organization is it embeds their business in different levels. Their
values are closely associated with describing their key facts and facilities towards their consumer
base.
Tesco mainly provides a range of different products such as clothing, electronic, furniture, toys,
software and many more. SWOT analysis of the organization has been described below:
