company of choice for successfully continuing the study. In addition to this, along with
defining operation management, this study will also highlight the concepts and methods of
operation management, along with identifying the strategies of implementation used by the
managers and leaders. Finally, strengths and weaknesses are elaborately discussed at the end
of this study for identifying how these factors are tackled in difficult situations.
