As already mentioned above leadership skills is concerned with the talent and ability of
individual person which is applied by manager of organization for managing the workers
systematically. But management is concerned with the entities of group which is important for
serving best quality product and service to customers. When both leadership and management
combine together then definitely organization is able to expand their services in other locations
also. The name of the company which is chosen for understanding the concept of leadership and
management is TESCO (Bayighomog and Arasli, 2022). TESCO is basically an international
retail based store and this firm is dealing with wide range of products. Products includes
telecommunications, financial services, books, electronic items, furniture toys etc. In aspect of
generating profit or revenue it is the ninth largest retail store in world. Due worldwide presence
of this organization their services and products are quickly delivered to customers in time. The
main highlight of this organization is that the price of their products are average and affordable
for all customer segments. Due to this the goodwill and profit margin of the organization is
effectively sustained in market for long time. With help of best quality service organization are
able sustain their goodwill or reputation for long duration.

Leadership theory is referring to a concept which is utilized by organization for increasing the
productivity for every lower level workers regarding their job roles and responsibilities. Due to
