INTRODUCTION
In the present era, every business firm desires to gain the highest profitability and success
so as it can develop its won brand image in the market. For this objective, company's various
function can largely responsible for the effective smoothing of business activities. Leadership is
one of the most effective function of the management which assists in coordinating and

recruiting the employees , fixing their compensation, planning the workplace environment and
finally the leadership development. The main aim of this program to develop the leadership
qualities so as to become the top future Human resources manager. For this various discussions
with the management has to be undertaken (Appadurai, 2009). For the recruitment purpose
meeting with the junior Human resources manager is been conducted to discuss the program
scheduling like discussions about the preliminary screening which involves deciding the
organization from where the interview has to be conducted the Group Discussion and deciding
the number of employees to be dealt with in each round. After these things have been done then
next step is the selection criteria to be decided on the basis of the requirement of the position for
which the person has to be hired.
The minutes of formal meetings is about the meetings with management so as to
coordinate the entire work of recruitment. As the person is employed for the organization hence
every thing has to be discussed with the management with the actual processing of the work
done. This involves the selected candidates has to appear for the personal interview round and

organization. As every employee is considered as an asset to the organization hence their
selection is a great task to achieve by the organization.

awareness of the job by the way of newspaper advertisements, hoardings, pamphlets and hiring

Various monitoring softwares have been developed which in turn help human resource
manager in recruitment of employees. An Applicant Tracking system is a software application
can be used by the managers which enables them to satisfy as well as handle their recruitment
needs. It is very much same as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This system helps
the managers in screening of applications automatically based on their skills, experience as well
as their qualification. It also provides information regarding the applicant's previous employers
as well as their organisations. Therefore, it helps in simplifying the overall recruitment process
thereby, reducing the workload of HR managers.
Regular review:
Individual projects also need to be regularly reviewed and monitored considering the

reported in a predescribed format and whenever a new employee is recruited by the organisation
this must be reported to the stakeholders in order for smooth functioning of the process.

on the progress of the individual projects or programmes and the results of those programmes.

failure (Bolman and Deal, 2014). Parameters of the whole project will be set by an individual in
order to improve is existing performance along with all kinds of skills ad the capabilities utilized
by an individual in achieving all its goals and the objectives within a given span of time.
