Supportive style: Leadership in which although leaders delegate authority but considers
the opinion suggestions of his subordinates too is known as supportive style. The subordinate’s
problems are considered, and leadership is provided in a democratic way.
Participative style: The type of leadership in which the leader is compassionate and
conducts direction by considering the willingness of his subordinates.
Achievement-oriented style: The Leadership only aims at achievement of the goal and
does not consider the problems and suggestion of the employees. The main Tesco is to achieve
the outcome, along with the degree of employ-ability, competence and enhanced level of trust
