this, the company adopted effective leadership style which will be beneficial for the success of
business organisation. Apart from this, the leader provides direction to its staff member
regarding how they tackle their work in an effective manner in order to boost productivity as
well as profitability level. Apart from this, Mary seacole is a programme which is stuck in
authenticity and thus leads to real workplace application. This is the finest function across the
