customers got more aware of the online stores and shopping. Tesco was able to get in the right

from the stores which is a very practically technology which Tesco adapted to before pandemic.
Tesco is belonging from the retailing industry which is they serve basic requirements of the
customers in the market for which the demand never falls. Customers have to fulfill their basic
needs and Tesco must find ways to be able to make the customers reach out effectively.
Communication online is very strong factor for the company to have and in this pandemic
