COVID 19 pandemic is among the major crisis situation human being has witnessed
in the existing time. Tesco Company channelizes its operations over e-commerce which has
supported the organization to overcome at some level the side effects of this pandemic
situation. Following are the risk element that could influence the business operations of
company.
The existing pandemic situation can lead to imposed lockdown by the government at
nay time. This is further result into shutting down the stores of company and other such
aspect. If the stores of the entity has been shut down than this will directly affect over the
sales of company. COVID [pandemic has created a risk of closing up stores of the Tesco is
major that influenced the overall growth and development of the business entity. Along with
this financial risk is another major risk that has been associated with the Tesco Company in
the existing covid situation of company (Cunningham and et.al., 2020). The business
operations contained risk regarding financial resources involved in channelizing different
business operations of the organisation. As the financial resources are limited in number that
allows the business entity to suffer financial losses in against to the side effects of the covid

Growth of company is among the key objective behind the business operations entertained by
the organisation. In such a situation the pandemic has created a huge risk in regards to the
risk regarding business sustainability. The impact of this risk factor is seen as a long term
impact over the business due to the pandemic like situation. Company one or e-commerce
trading practices could create a some relief in regards to the organisation as it could allow the
Tesco Company to overcome the side effects of the pandemic.
The long term risk hat affected to the Tesco Company by the pandemic is related to
the business expansion proposal. Multinational companies always make plan in respect to the
business sustainability at a continuous level. Covid situation could demolish all the plan and
some of the proposal could went further that cannot be stopped by the organization which
created a further risk of facing failure in all such proposal. This further causes to risk like
business loss, financial instability and many such risk. In the time of covid Tesco company
has seen downfall in its business turnover that could further create a risk in respect to losing
key stakeholder of the company (Al Kuwari and et.al., 2020). This can be stated as the major
risk that business entity gets to face in the time of the pandemic. Loosing stakeholder trust
make the business instable as it completely influence the investment business entity will
receive in the near time against all its business expansion and development related plans. This
rik could allow the company to suffer the low growth and development possibility of the
organisation. This can be indicated as the long term risk factor that could make business
suffer of the Tesco Company.
