Digital system can be considered as a system that is used by the business organization to
store data in discrete way. This is completely different from the analogue data storing which is
always in continuous manner. In the digital system information is stored in binary form. in an
business organization digital systems can be used for different purposesb(Ritter and Pedersen,
2019). Mainly digital systems are used in organization for information and data collection,
storing, processing and distributing. This is how various operations or performed by the
organization through digital systems. This report is about Tesco PLC which is one of the largest
retail and grocery store in United Kingdom. Tesco PLC was established in year 1919 at
Hackney, London, United Kingdom by Jack Cohan.
This is important for the business organization to gain high efficiency in the storing and
processing information and data related to the business operations. information processing is
most typical need of organization that can be resolved by implementing proper system in
organization. There are various things will be considered in the report that can be used or

organization can develop system that can offer better digital and IT solutions to the organization

Network- Digital network is considered as digital telecommunication network for sharing various
type of information and data resources between various nodes which are known as computer
systems in organization. There are different system can be used by the organisation for effective
transfer of information and data. Some of major networks that are used in the organization are-
personal area network, local area network, wide area network, wireless local area network,
wireless wide area network, campus area network, metropolitan area network, storage area
network and system area network.
Meatware- Meatware system can be considered as human element with in a computer system.
Human element with hardware and software in a computer system is known as meatware. This
system also can be considered as Wetware and Liveware.
This is how various system are used for digital system in order to develop high efficient
digital system to improve the effectiveness of organization (Zanella, Cillo and Verona, 2019). By
using all these component are design better infrastructure organization can develop efficient

This is majorly considered as process in which various external factors are analysed by
the organization in order to develop better analysis of external environment for the
implementation of digital system with in the organization in order to get better overview of

and better products without too much efforts. This is how organization can get higher benefits
with customer loyalty. This is how company can achieve long term goal of organization.
