INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour are those aspects that has been used in order to make studies of
those factors possible which impacts behaviour of individual and those structures existing at
workplace. These kind of elements is mainly focused upon behaviour of employees and staff
members working within an organization. Also these factors directly affects different processes
of business and also increase productivity of employees. Further organizational behaviour is
mainly focused over creating satisfaction within employees. Organizational behaviour directly
helps an organization achieve goals and objectives by making enhancement within its growth by
making market sustainability achieved. In this report organization that has been taken is TESCO
PLC that is an multinational retailer brand and also have large variety of products. It has
headquarters in United Kingdom. Further the report covers about things based upon culture and
communication with theories. Then role of culture in employee motivation is been discussed. In
then end usage of culture in future success of organization is covered.

Organisation culture are considered as those values which is been shared through
manager or higher official of an organization with employees working within an organization.
This is based over various aspects which is been dealing with assumptions, values, beliefs and
norms that helps in developing organization with efficiency(Hammer, and et. al., 2017). In other
words organizational behaviour are collection of belief, anticipation and patterns which acts as
guide over actions to all team members. In this those traits is been covered which makes an
organization achieve growth and stability within particular market. In an organization like
TESCO teams has been working upon those aspects through which needs of employees could be
identified by employees. In order to put more limelight over the concept of culture theory of
Hofstede’s dimensions of culture is explained as follows:
Hofstede’s dimensions of culture
According to this theory Hofsted's has defined culurture as that kind of collective
programming of the mind which distinguishes with the member of one category of people form
another. There are six dimensions that is based over distance, individualism, masculinity and
uncertainty avoidance. They have been explained as follows in relation to TESCO PLC.

Power distance index: This dimension deals over those elements which makes less
power member attain proper place within an organization. It removes issues that may
give rise to inequality within working pattern of an organization. The is related to culture

working. Uncertainty avoidance index: This dimensions is mainly based over those aspects which
