INTRODUCTION
Business studies is important part of a organisation because it study each and
every important part of it which provide assistance in accomplishing desired goals
and objectives in better manner. This report is based on Tesco which was founded in
1919 and founder was Jack Cohen. They are serving in UK, Ireland, India, South
Korea, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. This presentation will be going to
discuss collaborative working practices as well as internal ad external factors which
have impact on business.

Collaborative working practices
Collaborative working as well as partnership working involves way of
working in which two or more than that organisation work together. In
addition to this, it can cover informal networks as well as alliances, joint
delivery of project or full merger. Apart from this, in an organisation also
collaborative working practices play important role because in this two or
more that people work together which result in easy accomplishment of
goals and objectives in required manner. apart from this, there are several
importance of collaborative working practices in an organisation which are
mention below :-

External factors and impact on
business
There are numerous external factors which have impact on working of
business firm. Although, business operate in changing world and which
include external factors that have positive and negative impact on working
of Tesco. Explanation are as follows :-
• Competition – This external factor have wide impact on working of an
business firm in negative manner.
• Environmental – It is an external factors which indirectly impact working
of company. For example weather condition which impact on sales as well
as production.

Internal factors and impact on
business
Internal factor influence operation of company in both manner negative as
well as positive. In addition to this, main internal factors are staffing,
corporate culture, technology and many more. Explanation of these in
relation of Tesco are as follows :-
• Corporate culture – It is related to the surrounding in which company is
conducting their operations. Corporate culture have both positive and
negative impact on company as well as it is important to adopt culture in
effective manner.
