Professional communication refers to the human activity that include skills such as
written, oral, visual and digital communication at the workplace or within the organisation. The
present report will examine communication by framing the memo and the email to promote the
Tesco organization which is leading the market of UK.

Merry Christmas dear colleges. It is herby inform you that on the joy full occasion of the
Christmas the Tesco organisation is organizing the wonderful Christmas party for the family
members of the company in order to maker this festival more memorable and special. Along
with that the company's aim to decrease the stress of the workers and satisfied all the Tesco
family members. The higher authority of the company has decided red and white theme for the
respected guest. In the red and white theme every member of the organisation suppose to wear
the red and white attires along with different accessories that goes with the occasion of the
Christmas. Beside this the secrete Santa will lighten up your mood with the amazing gift and
joyful laughter and make the evening merrier (Casasco and et.al., 2021).
Along with that every member are allowed to exchange the gift with the other workers
in order to spread and share love with the colleagues. Spread the kindness and joy among the
people so come on come all, far and near at the DICKENS INN Marble Quay, St Katharine's
Way, London on December 23rd starting from 7: 00 till 11: 00 P.M. Enjoy the dinner and
drinks with your colleges and make the movement more enjoyable with the various Christmas
activity. Everyone has great opportunity to show the skills and talent by performing the activity
in front of everyone and enjoy the evening (Colley, Monday and Maldonado, 2021). The
organisation provides the prizes to each and every employee of the administration for delivering
the best services as all contributed with the organisation in accomplishing the values in the
marketplace. In the grateful evening there is no restriction and any sort of limitation every

charity on the beautiful occasion of love and happiness so it is mandatory to submit the amount
