information and insights on a particular topic. The techniques which are used in
qualitative research are interview, focus group, group discussions and many more. Main
aim of using this method is to get elaborative information and to make necessary
interpretation. Researcher is required to make essentials recommendations through
research data and meet the objectives of research in an stipulated period of time. Under
this research, there is use of 50 respondent for cunducting reserch in effective way. This
all are existing employee of organtion so that quality data can be use to achive objectives
of this research.
Quantitative research: This research method is based on numerics data. Under this
techniques inferences are drawn through statistical and mathematical measurements

(Cobb, Newsinger and Nwonka, 2020). Data has been collected through surveys,
questionnaire and other methods. Quantitative research is used when the data is numeric
and sample size is large. The results are expressed in numbers and graphs and various
experiments, observational methods, statistical techniques are used in this method.
Above stated two techniques of data collection depict that quantitative method deals with
number and graphs. The inferences drawn from this method are authentic and reliable. Whereas
the other technique is good to use when researcher is looking forward to get detailed information
about a predefined topic.

There are various sources are available to gather secondary data such as newspaper,
websites, books, journals and many more (Diana, 2020). In this method researcher
depend on other sources to get the information rather than to collect the data directly
from the respondents. There is no face to face interaction between both the parties of
research due to this researcher is not able to gather extra information. This method is time
and cost effective in comparison of primary research. It involves using already existing
data. It consist already published data in various journals, research reports that is used by
researcher to fulfil the purpose in an efficient manner.
