INTRODUCTION
Reflective portfolio is set of the writings which mainly summarise experiences as well as
insights student that gained from the practical assignments. This is mainly used to assess
engagement of student with fieldwork and also ability to use the theoretical knowledge in applied
setting. It can be powerful for the learning since this is a persistent, careful and active
consideration of belief from knowledge in light of grounds which support this. This reflection is
related to the future job role. There will be discussion about the future career role and the
responsibility of own learning at workplace (Albarqouni and et. al., 2018). For the future career
roles, there will be determined the personal as well as professional learning competencies and
requirements in a detailed manner.

at your workplace in line with future career role
As I am working in Tesco organisation more than 7 years at team leader position. I have
the abilities to guide the team members and also provide them right direction so that they can
work effectively and efficiently. My future career desired role is Duty manager at Tesco. The
working environment and culture of Tesco is good and management is supportive. From this
reason, I want to continue and focus on the future career role. From working in the Tesco more
than the 7 years helped me in learn new things and developments. Training and development at
workplace is one of the most important part of my life. Training helped me a lot to make
improvement in my abilities as well as skills. In past, my communication, time management and
problem solving skills was not good. The duty manager need to live on the onsite at location
which they are mainly managing (Crawford and et. al., 2016). As I am capable to the position of
duty manager in future career role because I have the abilities, competencies and skills. Other
than this, I learned many things from the failure. The failure is one of the better way to reach at
success
I intend to take responsibility for my own learning at workplace in line with future career
role. At workplace, I will take the guidance from my senior to focus on performing all the
responsibilities of duty manager in a better manner. My seniors are very supportive and if I
require any guidance they support me or guide time properly. This this will help me in future in

job role in better manner. Training is most necessary part for an individual or for company.
Regarding performing the different job roles in future, I can take the training and learning the
new things. Training will help me in future to learn the different things related to my future
career role. I am confident that my management and seniors will support and to be successful.
For the future career job, I will supervise efficiency of processes of business through monitoring
the general operations proactively. I can take the initiative in assuring that consumers are
properly satisfied and also employee interactions with clients are to be positive. I have the good
problem solving skills and this will help in develop the positive working environment. I will be
meeting with the upper management on regular basis to be stay up to date with the changed in
company, improvements and issues and also communicate all these with the other employees.
Reading the business magazines helped me in providing the knowledge about business and
performing job roles. In the business magazines included about the different business tycoons
and how they do their job role to making their business successful. I followed them so that I can
be the better person or employees. To make improvement in myself, I will take the feedbacks
from mu colleagues. This helped me out to overcome from my weaknesses and performing my
future career job in a better manner.
