In present essay, examination will be done of different aspects of environmental, personal
and behavioural factors from Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory model considering the
particular case study of TESCO PLC. In context with the case given, staff members of TESCO
PLC will be considered where personal, behavioural and environmental factors are going to be
examined. Considering the decisions like company’s CEO has decided to cut 4,500 jobs at 153
high street Tesco Metro supermarkets and more has brought crucial situations for employees
(Bourne and et. al., 2020).

business as well as affect over its capabilities to attain desired goals. It is significant that Tesco
organization is thinking about various viewpoints and components that impact over profitability
of business. it will help with improving generally speaking execution of business just as
achieving wanted objectives and goal in set time period. The central point which impact over
execution or profitability of business incorporates individual, natural just as social. It will have
immediate or circuitous impact over execution of organization alongside this it influences
dynamic of association. It is significant for particular organization to recognize and break down
every single part of individual, practices just as social elements to take right choice which is
advantageous for organization just as its development (Dace and et. al. 2020).

be analysed from the explanation that every single person has their own behaviours that are not
same with other. With the help of this finding, it is analysed that people who are working in
Tesco have positive or negative attitude, they all are depend on the perception of persons. It is
possible that some of them are like and remained may be are not like. But these different
opinions create many conflicts in the organisations which are not good for companies' welfare.

make business plan, but they don't have knowledge that how they make them the resultant
business plan is not appropriate. So it creates the problem for business organisations that they get
wrong information about business plan. It is very harmful for the companies that they have not
proper knowledge that how the perform their duties. It can be done only through the adaptability
of dynamic environment. It is find that environment of business is very dynamic in nature so all
these factors get affected by the behaviour of dynamic environment. So that's why it is necessary
for the organisation that they should analyse the environment and try to change or modify the
behaviour of persons so that they can accept the upcoming situations and try to deal with them

employers and they are met timely the satisfaction regarding job increases and it will result in job
satisfaction which leads to a better working environment and result in giving good performance
which enhances the business growth. For an example, every working person needs that his issues
should be resolved by the higher management as soon as possible. In reference to Tesco the
organisation has achieved success with resolving the issues of the employees and providing them

All these factors will automatically affect the working process in a negative manner whether at a
