and determine possible improvement that applied within business. There are different factors that
must be considered when deciding strategic planning and monitoring of effective plan.
Furthermore, it will discuss about the strategic position by using pestle and five forces analysis.
At last, it will analyse the stakeholder needs and impact on strategic position within organization.
