Talent management is one of the most significant movements which are being used by
the businesses in order to enhance ratio of organisational success. With the use of talent
management a business can grow and keep such skills in the business which leads in
developing market growth and expansion. This report is covering challenges and problems
arising within implementation of talent management within Tesco. The report is the mixture of
quantitative and qualitative data analysis which could be helpful in developing the overall
research in appropriate manner. With the help of appropriate research methodology research
aims can be attained so that systematic path for research can be made. On the other hand up-
keeping research ethics will lead in developing such constraints in research due to which
prominent results can be developed.

INTRODUCTION
Currently, as a result of sudden disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the
organizations are facing many disturbing issues which should they shouldtackle, without
forgetting the survival. The talent management within the business can't be a priority.
Many businesses struggle to maintain their image in the world market because of problems such
as globalization, tough competition as well as improving the technology (Johennesse and Chou,
2017). The companies have moved their systems from the situation of targeting only on the
raising their productions as well as differentiations of their goods and services but on their
human resources such as workers since they are the most vital resource in all the business.
The companies which manage takes care of their employees effectively achieves their business
goals and objectives hence improving the talent of their human resources. In line with Rop, the
prosperity and progress of any business depends on placing the suitable staffs having the best
skills during the right time, taking the employees who are talented as the asset can result to
sustainable competitive benefits and the best performance(Whysall, Owtram and Brittain,
2019). Business faces problems concerning the talent shortage even more than financial crisis,
according to the research, the employees who are talented covers about three to five percent of
all the workers in the business.Talent is the main factor for prosperity to increase and
maintaining the performance of the business where talent includes, abilities of a person, level of
experience, amount of knowledge as well as their credentials.
Rationale for Research
1. For the fastest fluctuating and unstable economy which experience globalization as tough
working environment of today, the talent management such as creating appropriate talent,
individual skills, having good knowledge as well as experience leading the good performance
of the business (Anlesinya and et. al., 2019). The overall agreement between the human
resources department and researchers that the management of talent is the crucial human
resources crisis affecting the business of this generation. It's a main test for the managers of
Tesco to create the talent abilities as well as retaining skilled employees for them to achieve
competitive advantage.

understanding as well regarding market needs.
