Managing business strategies and policies are required to be applied for making

in appropriate manner possible. In an business it is required to achieve both short and long term
goals with objectives. Talent management has important role to play in making productivity and
perform in appropriate manner. This is an continuous process within which quality and
development with skills, knowledge enhancement of productivity. Also talent management
makes efficient utilization of resources possible by forming systematic process. Organization
taken in this report is Tsco plc. It is an British organization that was formed in the year 1912
having headquarters in London, UK. Things to be covered in the report is project aims, objective
and time-frame. Also small scale research with appropriate recommendation through reflection is
gained upon project creation.

Overview of the Research: The research is based upon talent management which is
required in order to make completion of goals and objectives in better manner. In relation to
Tesco plc management has made emphasis upon managing talent skills to introduce workforce

retailer and has is tie-up with various organization. It holds importance in order to make
