Talent management should be organized training and skill development programs for
employees which makes better performance at workplace. Main purpose of these
program to sharpen employees skills so that they perform better at workplace.
This program doesn't take more time because it is simple process. In this process,
management hires talented trainer for training program which supports employees to
show their talent and provides opportunity to enhance skills. Trainer leads employees
team for one day. In this program trainer supports to gain information about the retailing
sector, personal development and professional development.
Trainer also guides those employees who are incapable or unaware of their skills. Thus,
trainer supports to identify talent of employees and helps to enhance their skills in well-
formed.
Talent management should organize training scheduled program in specific period. For
example one month training classes should be given to new joiners where trainer makes
them understand how to perform at workplace, after that management should organize
skills development classes within two to four months. Management should organize
classes again for employees where gives classes within five to six months then six to
twelve months, then after twelve months. Thus, five session programs should be
organized by management. Such kind influences of classes leads effectiveness in
employees performance and sharps employee's skills.
This training assists to enhance awareness of ownership. Through training classes,
employees can become more innovative, productive & flexible for every situation. This
training also supports employees to run into the demands of customers at workplace.
Training evaluation program should conduct by talent management so that they can
monitor employees performance after training. On the basis of evaluation performance
