This research proposal investigates the impact of effective talent management strategies on organizational success and performance, using Tesco as a case study. The study aims to determine the role of HR in implementing talent management, examine various strategies, and assess the relationship between talent management and company performance. The proposal includes a literature review, research methodology (positivism philosophy, inductive approach, quantitative methods with questionnaires and secondary data), and a detailed timeline of activities. Ethical considerations, including informed consent and data security, are also addressed. The research seeks to understand how talent management contributes to employee and organizational success within the retail industry, particularly in the context of post-COVID-19 challenges. The proposal outlines data collection methods, including primary and secondary data sources, and details the sampling and questionnaire approach, with a sample size of 50 participants. A Gantt chart visualizes the project's timeline, and the proposal concludes with a declaration of ethical compliance and references to relevant literature.
