organizations in retaining their highly skilled employees and attracting highly knowledgeable

There are many different kinds of talent management strategies that can be adopted by

Some of the main types of strategies of talent management that can be adopted by organization
are: Employee training, Providing feedback and reviews, Measuring and tracking performance,
Recognize and reward top performance, Increasing employee motivation, Providing career
development path opportunities, Promoting mentoring, Rewarding top performance and many
other kinds of techniques.
