Introduction
The following report covers all the different aspects associated with organising and conducting
meetings in a workplace setting. The report comprises of five parts. The parts of the report cover
the ways of facilitating a meeting within a workplace. The meeting minutes which include the
different topics of discussion and agenda will be covered. A team plan will be produced which
will help in assigning the different roles and responsibilities to the people working within the
organisation. A meeting to settle the team plan shall be done and the production of
advertisements in order to promote recruitment facilities will help the organisation to strengthen
their workforce. Lastly, a reflection report on the individual skills possessed by individuals is
produced.
