Interpretation
A research was conducted at tesco regarding the impact of
training on employee performance. From questionnaire it was
analysed that out of 20 employees, 15 said that tesco
conducted effective training programs while 5 said no.
therefore, it can be analysed that tesco provide training to their
employees. It has enabled the to enhance their skills so that
productivity can be increased.

Interpretation
In order to achieve aims and objectives, the researcher conducted research at
tesco regarding impact of training on business. For this 20 employees were
randomly selected as sample size. By analysing the questionnaire it can be
identified that 1 employees said that impact of training was positive, 5 said
negative and 3 didn't give any response. Thus, it can be analysed that there
is positive impact of training in tesco.

Interpretation
The researcher in order to attain his goals and objectives conducted research
at tesco. In this a questionnaire was provided to 20 employees. From data
analysed it can be concluded that 10 employees said that training is provided
once in month, 5 said once in quarter and 5 said once in year. Hence, it can
be concluded that tesco conducts training programs every month.

Interpretation
From the above data graph it can be analysed that out of 20
employees, 13 said that there has been change in their
behaviour due to training, 7 said no. Therefore, it can be
evaluated that effective training has changed the behaviour of
employees resulting in creating a better organisational culture.

Interpretation
On the basis of research conducted by researcher in tesco. A
questionnaire was given to 20 employees. By collecting data it
was identified that 18 employees said that their efficiency has
increased, whereas 2 said no. Thus, it can be concluded that
training has resulted in increasing employee efficiency. They
are able to achieve goals in proper time.
