This case study investigates strategies to reduce employee turnover at Tesco and improve company productivity. It aims to understand the concept of employee turnover, identify strategies used by Tesco to mitigate it, examine the causes of turnover, and recommend appropriate solutions. The research employs a positivism philosophy and a deductive approach, utilizing a survey strategy and mono-method research choice with cross-sectional time horizon. Primary data will be collected through sampling, focusing on talent management, retention strategies, creating a positive work environment, and implementing learning and development programs to provide clear career paths for employees. The study references various academic sources to support its analysis and recommendations.
