The biggest reason behind it has been find that the employee feel discriminated at the work
place. As it is getting difficult for the organization to promote the equality and diversity in the
organization. Tesco is also performing the variety of the activity in the organization to build
the equality and diversity in the organization but organization is finding it difficult to find out
the best strategy to improve the equality and diversity in the organization. This report will put
light on the same issue by analysing the different aspect related to the equality and diversity
