INTRODUCTION
The term diversity can be defined as a dimension which is used to represent differentiate
groups and people from each other. In an outer layer, diversity can be defined about empowering
individuals through appreciating and respecting aspects which show difference in each other in
terms of age, religion, disability and national origin. Inclusive workforce refers to provide similar
work roles as per their skills to match and offer them similar opportunities in market. This report
is written from perspective of Tesco which is operating their business in retail industry. It is a
multi-national organisation which engages large number of individuals for completing its work
in proper manner by controlling large number of operations (Wu, Chen and Olson, 2014).
Moreover, report highlights on objectives and aims of organisation related with workforce
diversity. Along with this Gantt chart and WBS will also be formulated in this report. In the last,
methods of research and analysis of data will be focused in this report.

P1 Aim and objectives of organisation
With the increase in competition within retail industry it is analysed that there are various
task and operations are analysed by management that leads to earn more amount of profits.
Therefore, to increase sales and revenue for firm it is mandatory to increase market size. It refers
retail industry and organisation such as Tesco is managing its business with motive of
completing its operations in international market (Too and Weaver, 2014). So they require
effective strategy which helps to control and manage workforce that is engaged in international
organisation.

According to Geneva, 2015 Inclusive workforce of an organisation determines that large
number of individual are differ in religion, gender, race and many more. This is essential for an
organisation as by build an inclusive working environment which is created by organisation must
provide similar possibilities in market so all employees feel similar value. It helps for increasing
employee engagement in an organisation that leads to complete all task in more creative way.
Innovation also helps individuals for formulating inclusive working environment that also
provides more value in organisation products through reducing employment turnover (Titarenko,

stoppage of organisational actions. It also helps to complete project in desired manner which is
beneficial for accomplishing high quality results. At time of workforce strategy less interest of
respondents generates problems for completing the project in effective manner.

Gantt chart- This refers to chart which define time for complete of each activity which is
assigned for accomplishing all objectives in time manner. Moreover, it includes efforts for each
organisational employee that is implemented by individual to gain better achievements in project
(Silvius, 2018). It is also used by researcher to recognise effectiveness for each project and due
to these teammates is able to allocate all activities as per their time period. Along with this it is
