feel difficult to analyse the data in the critical market conditions. Therefore business intelligence
is introduced which is defined as the resources which helps the companies in the system wide
data integration and its management. Business intelligence is basically the technology which
transforms the data into information which further transforms into knowledge. Earlier the
company uses the traditional business intelligence which results in the lengthy and complicated
process of knowledge to integrate different situations. But nowadays business intelligence is
helping in the compilation and retrieval of the important information from the relevant structures
with the systematic arrangement and translations. Business intelligence processes the data with
the help of algorithms which derives the key performance indicators and displays the visual
context. This is the technical platform which is referred to as the dashboard that involves the
updated information of different software packages and the programming interfaces. The
following report is based on the types of data collected from the Tesla organisation. Using the
raw data and cleaning at so that the refinement can be accurate in the form of information. The
refined information will be then passed to the tableau software in order to extract the key
performance indicators in a dashboard. Then the recommendation is provided for the better

United States. Elon musk is the chief executive officer and the revenue generated by the
organisation is 3154 crores dollar which contains the number of employees as 70757. Its
subsidiaries include Solar City and Maxwell technologies and many more. The organisation is
rapidly growing because the global competitors are playing well in the domestic industry. The
problem statement of the company is to establish the business intelligence system and knowledge
in order to extract the sales data so that they can expand its business in those places where it is
still not established yet. Therefore a large amount of sales data is highly required and this
requires the business intelligence knowledge systems for better execution of this idea. The target

of the company is to decide the location where it can open another branch of the company.
Another target is to increase the revenue in the existing showrooms. They also want to analyse
the ratings of each and every Branch located and how they can improve it. Moreover they also
want to examine the execution of the membership program for better promotional strategies of
the organisation. Moreover they also targeted to introduce the new payment methods in order to
provide comfort to the customers.
