I would like to work for Tesla because it is my dream firm. As it operate at global level
so there are many job roles in it. I will like to work as content writer in social media marketing. I
am far better as compared to other students because I am creative in writing content. I do
effective planning by visualising things properly. Also, my belief is strong as compared to other
students (Dipboye, 2017). So, I know that I do right things even other say I am wrong. My belief
allows me to include data that is right. In this way I deliver outcomes in effective way.
I found that my strengths are I am easily able to visualise things. So, on basis of that I do
planning and arranging things. Besides that, i am able to write my own content. Another strength
of mind is thorough planning. I am able to visualise data and info is effective way by developing
attractive presentations. This allows me to present findings in clear and precise way. I write by
focusing on silent environment. So, it helps me to collect data in effective way. My goals during
educational journey is I have focused on obtaining practical knowledge and skills. Besides, I did
my self assessment by which I got to identify weak areas.
If I got selected in company then I will bring value to company. I will write such a
creative content in social media that it will attract customers. Moreover, I will bring creativity in
content writing as I will write on various topics. So, I can improve social media marketing of
Tesla. With that more leads can be generated. Thus, more profits and sales will be generated. I
will bring in new talent and knowledge. The knowledge can be shared by employees of firm by
which creative and unique content is written on various blogs photos, etc.
I would like for Tesla because there are various growth opportunities which is provided
in it. Also it is having a well known brand name within automobile industry. There is young
talent working it in which possess high and qualified knowledge as well as skills. So, I can
easily learn from them and boost my knowledge (Silverman, 2017). Moreover, I found that CEO
of company is young and creative. There are many new experiments which is being done by
Tesla like going in Space, etc. I think that in future Tesla will be highly successful. The young
talent will inspire me to share knowledge and work together to attain goals.
I will boost success of Tesla by writing creative content in promotion of products. The
content written will be new and different. So, it will led to attracting customers easily. I will
share knowledge with others. Also, I will bring creativity and efficiency in team working.
Hence, it will result in boosting success of Tesla.
