administering the existing business, the culture that organization posse is vital to the overall
achievement of the company. Different element has been recorded by various researchers to be
an influential corporate culture within Tesla Company. This paper illustrates how organizational
culture of Tesla Company creates competence of human resources significant for innovative
products with the international business of automotive. Customs and values are the major factors
that the corporate culture of the company represents to define the decisions and behaviors of
employees. This research paper examines different aspects of organizational culture that make
Tesla Corporation stay as an admired corporation in the global business community. Hence, this
paper illustrates that Tesla Inc.'s corporate culture integrates into critical aspects.
Introduction
The culture of the corporation, such as Tesla, comprises of different elements that include
beliefs, values, attitudes and behaviors that different workers share as well as utilize on day-to-
day operations. The culture of Tesla Company determines how workers describe the functioning

on innovation to support the constant enhancement of the business. Through proper corporate
culture, Tesla Inc.’s administration optimizes workers to attain innovation together with creative
traits (Tikhomirova 7). The fundamental aspects of organizational culture that has enabled Tesla
Inc. to be admired comprise of constant innovation, secure communication channel, and clear
mission statement and vision.

The establishment of a clear mission, vision, and purpose has been one of the vital factors
that have made Tesla Inc. to remain admired by many around the global society. Tesla Inc. has
been able to have a clear mission and vision statement that every stakeholder within its
