Every department have there individual roles within an organization and this making
functioning within organization simpler. Distribution of working is very important in a company
so that there is professionalism in firm. Different departments within an organization are human,
resource, finance, marketing, sales, production, research and development, etc. Functions of all
departments are different so that all aspects of working can be managed by business from time to
time.
Tesla is one of the finest business in auto mobile which is having a net income of $0.98
billion as of 2018. Firm has successfully understood working of each department within
organization therefore they are being able to function so efficiently and effectively in market.
Employee strength of organization is 45,000 and there are so many changes which each
department is getting in company so that they can function better. Study is going to consist of
role and functions of each department within Tesla. Importance of team work and purpose of
profit and loss account and balance sheet in Tesla.

Marketing department of Tesla is having an experienced employees team so that they are
being able to function better and make a better brand name for company. Marketing department

very important for marketing team to update customers. Social media is monitored and managed
by this department and finance of organization depends on marketing department. Tesla is
conducting a lot of campaigns all around world so that they can make communication with world

Human Resources Department
Tesla needs a lot of new ideas and innovations in firm so that they can have a competitive
advantage which is a very important factor for firm. Management of internal environment of
business is handled by human resource of firm. Recruitment and training is also done by this
department so that they can meet up to standards of organization. Right employees are coming in
