Tesla is an American company of electric vehicles and clean energy situated in
California. It has disclosed its mission to accelerate the transmission of the world to
sustainable energy. For this, Tesla continues with its strategy to make products accessible and

by creating a better environment.
Topic B – Strategy of Tesla
Business needs to make sure that its strategy and the efforts of sustainability are
aligned. The business strategy of Tesla car manufacturers initially targets the affluent buyers.
The company strategy goes for high volume low priced cars and low volume high priced cars
with battery and electrically driven technology (Cheong, Song & Hu, 2016). Their sales
strategy is not to use any dealer network and to sell their product online and directly through
their showrooms. They tend to create awareness among the public and do partnerships with
others to deliver an effective statement. The technology strategy wholly focuses on pure-
electric impulsion and allows its patent to be used in good faith.

transmission that updates their electric cars. Thus, Tesla’s hybrid electric cars and innovative
technology combined support its sustainability.

Tesla demonstrates its sustainable strategy and innovation by transforming the
existing transportation industry into a sustainable electric vehicle industry. The development
of the company supports sustainable products and fossil fuel alternatives. Tesla’s electric
vehicles combine innovation in performances, safety, and efficiency with advanced
technology that standout for creating a sustainable environment.
