The strengths of Tesla Inc. refer majorly to the high rates of the innovation that is
practiced within the given company. The company is known to have launched the first sports car
in the world that runs specifically on electricity (Grant, 2016). The brand image of the company
is known to have been extremely strong along with the strong control on the processes involved
in the production of the vehicles.
The weaknesses of Tesla Inc. lie in the limitations that are faced by the company in the
matters of the supply chain, the market presence of the company (Kancherla & Daim, 2018). The
company also faces weaknesses due to the high prices of the products that are marketed by the
concerned company.
The opportunities that might be helpful for Tesla Inc. refers to the expansion of the
international supply chain and the sales of the company (Grant, 2016). The business
diversification of the company is another area of opportunity for Tesla Inc.
The threats that are faced by Tesla Inc. refers to the aggressive nature of the competition
within the international market, the fluctuating prices of the materials as well as the regulations
