The book is an exceptional means to gain information on the grammatical mistakes that are usually
made by people and how the learner can correct them. It not only stresses on the grammatical use of
some of the words but also helps in understanding how a specific set of words can be used in
sentences and pronounced with ease. The study achieved from the textbooks has altered my approach
of using the words that were mentioned. It has helped me in the formation of sentences in a better
manner and reduce the chances of mistakes in a significant way. I have come to realize the
importance of words and their correct usage in sentences in the right manner.
The textbooks have further enabled me to understand the tenses of certain sayings and their actual
meanings. Many times, we tend to use a phrase in the wrong context. Thus, it was seen to be
important to use the words in the right manner to make the right sense. As I wish to be a professional
writer one day, I have come to understand the mistakes that I have been making until now and how I
can best improve my writing skills through the application of the grammatically correct words in
sentences. Lastly, my pronunciation has drastically improved since the time I have engaged in
through reading and practicing myself with the sound of words and the letters. I would definitely
adopt the explanation of the phrases in my methods of teaching and work towards ensuring that my
students also improvise with time.
