INTRODUCTION
The project management is an activity of delivering of functions that requires to be done
and mange business functions. It include use of the specific knowledge, tools, techniques and
skills for different purpose and develop the organizational productivity. Practice of the project
management include the use of software in order to improve the business process, reliefs efforts,
construction of buildings and many more (Cheraghi. and et. al., 2022). For every organization, it is
essential to understand the project by analyzing the environment and make efforts in order to bring
some innovative that is helpful to improve the business activities. In this report, the project taken
is Transport for London where the project is related to the development of some land along the
Bollo Lane for creating around 800 new homes in actions. This report will include the initiation,
developing network diagram, WBS, stakeholder analysis and risk analysis that aid to enhance the
productivity.
Methodologies
This project is related to build around 800 homes in action by the TFL that is helpful for
developing the organisational practices and performance. The Project plan is a process of the
documenting and aggregation of the activities which are used by several people with he intention
to accomplish their enterprise objectives. Main motive of this project is mainly to build the homes
with good structure and also organise the events successfully that help the company to improve
their brand image.
Various methodology are affiliated with the project management where these are
succeeding through a software that help in the development of organisational productivity. In
context of the selected project, the TFL is chosen in order to utilise various methodology which
are mentioned below:
SCRUM- This methodology is used to develop the software and also deliver value to the
customer while doing a project. This methodology is used for working collectively after building a
group and or team and manage their work (Dalcher, ed., 2022). Its is based on mainly three
principals including inspection, adaption and transparency that support to complete a project
successfully. At the stage of transparency, TFL visualise the inputs, output and steps of the
development process. Inspection is used to receive feedbacks on particular products and at last,

adaption is used in order to bring the changes related to the process of a project. It help in
developing a business case and also maintain higher performance.
Waterfall- This methodology is sued by individual in their projects which are related to the
manufacturing, construction and engineering that provide advantages of the project completion.
Stages of the waterfall methodology include the requirement, design implementation, verification
and maintenance (Pereira and et. al., 2022). The TFL uses the requirement stages for analysing
the product requirement document during constructing homes, then software architecture is used
for designing projects and implement accordingly that help to mange all functions. In the stage of
verification, all stages, raw material and product while the constructing home should be check in a
proper manner so that it can manage all functions. At last, ending stages is maintenance which is
used to maintain every project and the activities in effective manner. It may help in the
development of organisational profitability and productivity by following all stages and software.
Network diagram
The figure is planned by using a computing machine and software in the form of a
graphical creation is known as the network diagram. It is essential for person who handle project
is to decide the project and then prepare a network map by managing the network credentials. In
given case, network map is planned by the project management by taken into all the phase and
action of the project which are affiliated to the constructing home and celebrating the events. A
map for the present project is discussed below:

In the critical path it is determined that when work on the project, following human
activity are which are mentioned in the brief that would take some time in project completion.
According to the analysis, highest time taken actions is supposed as above 1 week. Based on this,
highest possible time consuming activities are 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 21 and 22 that consume much
period for completing the task. Thus, the project will take 116 days for its completion.
Stakeholder analysis
The Stakeholder Analysis described as that technique which is used by the employer to
get know about stakeholder and giving preference for completing the project (Rudra Kumar,
Pathak and Gunjan, 2022). It is an activity of gathering and analysing the quantitative data when
doing a project that can help in the development of organizational performance. In the beginning
of any organizational task it is crucial to conduct the examination that states which shareholder
holds the high level of power and interest. In context of the TFL project, stakeholder analysis is
mentioned below:

 High power and high interest- In this, shareholders hold a high level power with high
interest so that policy can be followed consequently by explaining the projects. In context
of the actual project, government and Town Hal committee are classified in this matrix as
they formulate the rules and regulation for this task.
 High power and low interest- In context of the current project, the participants are
considered as having a high power and low interest to run this project. They have power to
make changes in their project plans (Sharifian and et. al., 2022).
 Low power high interest- It include the individual who have a low power and low
interest. In relation tot he current project, its investors are consider in this group who make
decision and get other information.
 Low power low interest– In this project, customers and employees are come in this class
as they perform to get earnings and meet their requirement. If firm is not able to finish
their project then, the audience will switch to other brand.

People uses this farm work when they have multiple activities to do as it help to divide
