INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to the manage and lead the workforce of the organisation to achieve
the goals and objectives of any specific projects. There are different types of task and projects
are present in the organisation which requires specialised team to achieve the efficiency of the
work. It is the duty of the managers of the organisation that they develop effective teams in the
organisation so that all the projects can be completed with great accuracy and effectiveness.
Project management is one key management which is very beneficial for the success of the
organisations (Hair and Sarstedt, 2021). It helps the organisation to achieve their success in the
market. It is very important for the managers that they analysed all the dimensions of the projects
and put focus to achieve the requirements. This report is based on the concept of development of
green and safe transportation in the market of the United Kingdom. This report provides a brief
discussion related to the celebration of G&S society and their dimensions. This report provides
brief discussion related to the methodologies used in the project management along with
specialised diagram. It also provide discussion related to the ghant chart which provides time line
of the project.

TASK 1
Justification of the project and critical analysis of methodology that would be appropriate for the
project as well as reason
The name of the selected project is Transport for London which is developed to enjoy the
anniversary of G&S society. This project is based on the development of houses on land whose
number is around 800 and taken into action.
Project methodology is one of the most important and valuable factor for the
development and success of the project in the market. The methodology which is chosen here to
conduct this project of transportation for London is Scrum methodologies. It is one of the well
known methodology of project management used by the management to complete the project in
precise manner (Kim, Chang and Castro-Lacouture, 2020). The transportation for London is one
of the important project which requires the focus of all the stakeholder of the projects. The
approach used by the management of the organisation are very helpful for the success of the
management it helps to develops transparency in the project which is a great initiative by the
company.

i. Developing network diagram
It is very important for the success of the project the diagram of the network are developed
effectively because it is a important element of the project. The network diagram of the projects
helps the management to develop effective relation between the member of the team and also
helps them to minimise the misconception. The management of Transport for London can used
this diagram to complete their projects efficiently and makes them able to achieve all their goals

important internal stakeholder of Transport for London project. It is the responsibility of
