INTRODUCTION
Project management is defined as the procedure which is related to managing activities
related to project and and leading individuals to perform defined task in efficient manner for the
purpose of attaining determined goals of project or complete it on decided time period.

performance and productivity (Alam, 2019). The following report considers Transport for
London organisation which conducts its project of building houses and focus on completing
project work on time. It undertakes the project of developing sustainable greener, safer and
attractive road development. This report covers various potential risk that are associated with

Executive summary
Project management is defined as the complex task that requires effective planning to
manage project efficiently. In this report Transport for London undertakes a road project that
create bus network across London. It is analysed from the report that for event and project
management time is the essential factor.

Reason of this undertaking project is to develop streets of London that attracts visitors as
well as prosper the beauty of city.
To develop effective network of bus across London and focusing the aspect of
