AI Summary
This report provides a comprehensive design review for the Travellers Great Experience (TGE) application, focusing on the Stage 1 design. It begins with a human activity system diagram (rich picture) illustrating the interactions within the system. The report details the personas (TGE system administrator, Tourists, and Visitors), scenarios (searching/booking services, rating services), and interactions using the PACT framework. It includes an object and action analysis for key activities, wireframes, storyboards, and navigation maps. The report explores the architecture and broad design of the complete system, covering user registration, service searching, booking processes, and feedback mechanisms. Various design elements, including the user interface and system navigation, are discussed to improve the TGE application. The report references several key works related to Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and design methodologies.

(Diaper,2015).
Personas, Scenarios and Interaction with the system in terms of PACT
Framework.
During the GTE design process there are various actors who will be using the
system ,however these actors will be referred to as the personas and they will be interacting
with the systems using the various scenarios.
The personas, scenarios and the interactions are discussed below where the PACT
frame work is followed.
Personas.
In this application design process there are various personas who includes the following:
i. TGE System administrator.
The system admin is responsible of updating the services they offer to the clients and also
sharing the information to the public and for news purpose and also check on the reviews and
rates from the customers regarding the quality of their offered services (Checkland,2017).
