1. Different methods of communication experience working within HEAT industries

communication which helps in knowing the aspects of how effectively communication can take
place. The different methods of communication within HEAT Industries are described as -
Verbal Communication — Verbal communication is defined a when one individual

communication helps HEAT Industries in communicating with group of individuals or person

It is being learned from the module that different methods of communication were used

effectively and in appropriate manner the communication in done among the individuals. Along
with this, I also learned that how communication refers to its advantages and disadvantages
within organization (Pashev and et.al., 2020). Further, differences and similarities of diversity
which affects the group work within HEAT Industries was being learned. I have also learned
this in detail that how the diversity explained the factors of having similarities and differences in
the gender, sex, race, geographical area etc.
Along with this, I have also learned the measures that leadership had put into place to
