Organizational Behaviour can be referred to the study of human
behaviour in the context of organization. Also, the organization
behaviour can be referred to the relation between the humans and the
organization along with organization in itself. The organizational
behaviour is a term used for the studying the behaviour of various
individuals in context of their organizational roles.
The case study is based upon the plot of Thames Valley Building Society
which revolves around the working conditions of three Protagonist. The
First one is Mary Rogers who is the branch manager further the second
one is Tony Jackson who had worked in the organization on
Apprenticeship but left later as there were no permanent position and
the Third one is Jane Taylor who has been working since four years in
the organization and now has been promoted as assistant Branch
manager. The case study revolves around the issues in the
organizational behaviour that take place after Tony Jackson is hired in
the organization on a permanent position.

individual. The motivation tends to stimulate the individuals in order to
accomplish their goals.
Motivation as an issue is discussed in the case study as well wherein
Jane Taylor was promoted from the job role of cashier to the job role of
Senior Branch Assistant. She was confused regarding the job role offer
of Senior Branch Assistant or it can be said that she was under
confident if she would be able to perform the tasks as per the
expectations. It can be clearly stated that Jane Taylor lacked motivation
in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the Senior branch
manager.
