which will provide the business plan for the organisation “ The moon staffing agency” which is
staring a new business in London. For this the firm will use various marketing strategies which
will include price, place, product, service and promotion. The Moon staffing agency will
provide temporary staff for various occasions and events. Moreover, it will provide emergency
services to the customers whenever the staff is required urgently. The firm will use various
strategies for expanding its business such as diversification, segmentation, position and targeting.
The main customers of the organisation will be the event management companies and hotels.

The name of the company will be “ The Moon staffing agency”. The business will
provide various services to the customers that require temporary staff for various parties, events
etc. This company will provide staff such as temporary guard, waiters, bartenders, chefs etc. The
nature of the company is that it will provide the staff for various events and parties to fulfil the
requirement of the clients by providing them with proper staff facilities. The company will find
