INTRODUCTION
This report is related to the theories and models of the behavior and behavior modification. In
addition to this report going to explain about the critical perspective in health and social care
along with the type of leadership and management roles in health and social care. Health and
social care is the kind of company which combined the elements of the biology and about the
ethics laws in social logic that is associated to the services which are accessible for health and
social care Provider in the United Kingdom country. Every organization in context of HSC have
their capability to influence the health and well-being legislations of the individuals so that they
can work on it in an appropriate manner. There are different kind of leadership types that helps
the individual to improve their capabilities in achieve their goals and objectives. Apart from this,
this report also going to explain about the health model that will help the individual to identify
their effectiveness and their outcomes about the particular actions of behaviors. Along with this,
this report is also going to Reflect upon the theoretical perspective that explain that how and
social care is organized and also going to explain about the management and the diversity of the
roles in health and social care (Gregory, Kumar and Grech, 2017).

Theoretical perspective is very essential for the any investigation because it provides appropriate

treatment for the minor injuries (Alizadeh and Chavan, 2016). The organization provides

well-being. According to this organization there are two perspectives which Appropriate and that
are below mentioned:
marxist perspective: Marxist perspective theory is it kind of economic, Political, social theory
which concentrating on the struggle among the capitalist and the working class. According to
this theory People who are habitually residing in the United Kingdom are entitled to free hospital
treatment. Nationality, payment of UK taxes, National Insurance contributions, registration with
a GP, possessing an NHS number, or ownership of property in the UK are not factors. As per the
Marxist perspective The person don't have to be a Marxist to acknowledge that most of society's
bad health stems from its material foundations, and that those at the bottom of the social ladder
suffer larger risks of sickness, disability, and premature death than those at the top. According to
Marxists, the nuclear family serves ideological roles for Capitalism by acting as a consuming
unit and teaching passive acceptance of authority. It's also the mechanism by which the wealthy
pass on their private land to their children, perpetuating class disparity.
Functionalism Perspective: The functionalist viewpoint emphasizes the importance of good
health and competent medical care in society's ability to function. Our capacity to execute our
tasks in society is harmed by poor health, and when too many people are sick, society's
functioning and stability suffer. According to them and NHS Organization they are thinking from
the functionalist perspective because this is the particular structure that sees society as a complex
system whose portion and particular part is working together so that they can promote stability in
the society. NHS company Also see the society as a complex system so that they can promote
solidarity and stability at the society (Meads and Iwami, 2018). According to the functionalist
perspective a sick person is not a protective member of the society therefore it is very important
for the society to What is that requirement this is the role of the medical profession. As according
to the functionalist perspective Theory every aspect in every part of the society are
interdependent and contribute towards the society stability and according to the NHS
organization they provide free treatment for the children or for the family so that they can
promote and improve the well-being of the society in an appropriate manner and improve the
capabilities of the individuals (Sharma, Nazareth and Petersen, 2016).

Outline two types of leadership and management including roles in health and social care
In the healthcare sector there are different kind of leadership style like transactional
leadership style leadership style transformational and servant leadership style and situational
leadership styles that improve the capabilities of the individual in order to improve quality
structured organization. As there are different kind of roles of the individual as they are more
flexible and they act as a change agent and promoting patient centered care. In the healthcare
field the leaders are required to have successfully motivation team members so that they can
communicate In an appropriate manner in order to serve appropriate services in work well
together and learn from each another. Mainly there are two kinds of leadership theories which
are considered by the NHS organization are mentioned below:
Situational leadership: For the healthcare individual situation leadership theory is also
appropriate because they are more flexible according to the particular situation. They are always
ready to work in every shift in every hour in order to improve the well-being of the society and
provide effective treatment so that they can improve the positive patient outcome and
organizational outcome in an appropriate manner. That is why this is also the most effective
Leadership style which are considered by the NHS organization
Transformational leadership: According to the transformational leadership theory is
very important because it helps the individual to improve the patient safety and in order to
facilitate and provide appropriate balance among the job resources and job demand and to
develop a sound patient safety culture within a healthcare services this theory is considered by
the NHS organization (Iacobucci, 2020). This theory includes a different kind of procedure that
will help the individual to gain desired outcome and analyze the present reality and also analyze
the opportunities for improved health. Transformation leadership style is very effective in
healthcare because it improve the staff satisfaction as well as improves the organizational
outcomes and patient outcomes that is why the NHS Company is considering leadership
transformational style so that we can provide effective services and improve the organizational
outcomes.
REFLECTION

From the above mentioned report I analyze that there are different kind of theories that
will support the healthcare Organization to improve their capabilities so that they can provide
effective services in the Society. As the purpose of their NHS organization is to improve the
health care system towards the health of the individual so that they can improve the as well fulfil
the requirement of the society. Apart from this the NHS national health services wants to
improve the health and well-being of the communities through vision excellence and
professionalism and they want to improve quality of care and to create safe high-quality
healthcare services so that they can get more opportunities to improve the well-being of the
society. According to me it is very important for To consider the leadership style in order to
provide effective services in the society so that I can enable people to live independent and
healthy by high-quality and seamless care.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been analyzed that health and social care services
are very important for the individual and that means through which the individual fulfill the
requirement of their care and their health. Apart from this there are different kind of organization
like national health services, future care services and Abington health which provide specialized
