way. It has been noted that such interaction pertains to be considered as most significant corporation
in world at large(Larsala, 2021). This structure of business also determine importance and growth
within its scope. Theories on which organization communication depends are-
Bureaucracy Theory
Bureaucracy is one of the theory founded by German scholar, Max Weber who comprehends
the formation of organization to be complex and classical. It exhibits series of individual ranked
above one another. This follows the approach of transmitting information by member of such
company to person above it until reaches to commanding officer of such enterprise. The sociologist
infers from this theory that an organization become supreme when it adopts non discriminatory
composition indicating regulations which not only conducts behaviour of individual on basis of
psychological action but should protect its employees from any kind of ill-treatment by officer who
are placed above them. It gives certain type of safety and security from tolerating abuse in premises
of organization(Matias, and Cardoso, 2021.). This theory derives originated from classical theories.
The organizational communication works in effect as it keep its staff in control. It ensures that class
of hierarchy must be maintained at place of employment under specific standards implied while
performing its activity.
Acceptance theory of Authority
The theory was propounded by Chester Barnard in its book 'The functions of Executive'. It
laid three principles of casual organization which were interaction, maintaining cohesion in
conventional structure , maintains unity and self- esteem. It emphasized on recognition of authority
where its power derive from their employees on which its exercised and role of executive to
interlink the information between workers and organization commander. This theory came from
Human Relation School. It not only focuses on medium of communication and importance its
member in such enterprise but also about authority inter connecting information have crucial role in
this theory.

General System Theory
This theory was proposed by Ludwig von Bertalanffly it has been interpreted by
various other scholars. The biologist refers to view of world comprehensive way. The theory
investigated organization activity carried out by employees and their relation with each other,
which it considered to be dependent and linked with one another in a system. It further
provides similar interaction practised at internal level of enterprise which also communicates
between organization and outside world. This includes transport of money, labour,
information, resources etc. The theory was originated from System School. Also theory was
significant not only due to its feedback application but it encouraged the investigator to look
beyond limit for better understanding of medium to communicate information within

disturbance. This resulted people unwillingness for not coming to office(Kartikawangi and
Dahesihsari, 2020).

that where employee or staff have the mindset to witness and perceive things in accordance with
their requirement, perspective, psychological feature, knowledge and so on. With these factors
employees protects their own desire. They expect communication from such business to be lead
