Curriculum development is the essential part for the students and
teacher to make child learn in systematic manner. It plays vital
role in teaching the concept of human resource management. The
theory like pedagogy in education. It describe how people teach
and learn which is being possible by the curriculum development.
Its principles mainly are
Coherence: the learning for young and children must be combine
in making the curriculum. It means for teaching HRM in my
organisation, I need to make curriculum which consist both past
and represent topics which students have already learnt.

Relevance: The curriculum must be relevant to the topic and clear so, the students will
make their findings and research properly.
challenge and enjoyment: the curriculum must be made in such a manner that grab
student interest and make them motivated to learn (Fessehatsion, 2017). I must use
case study to involve students interest over learning topics easily.
personalisation and choice: I need to give choice and ask students before putting
topics in curriculum. It will make the students keen to learn their interested topics.
Progression: Through the curriculum, the student must make continuous progression in
earlier knowledge as well as future development.

Models of curriculum:
Process model: as per this model, the curriculum must be developed which involves
procedures, riles, standards and a particular process. As it involves systematic working.
It helps in making learning more flexible and effective.
Tyler's model: this model focus on attaining schools or universities standards and
objectives which they wants to attain. The teacher must make it effective with
innovative ways to make a positive educational experience. Also, the curriculum must
include the process and criteria to check the results.
wheeler's model: It is a cyclic model in which curriculum must be designed as per the
behaviours which are identified through analysing the foremost goals and objectives.
These must be presented in the start and end of the curriculum.

Conclusion
The presentation has concluded about the various theories, principles and models of
curriculum. It is the most essential part of learning and teaching which must be prepared
effectively. Therefore, it has analysed that there are many models which helps
conveniently.
