How people and life experiences support the teaching and learning process
Introduction
Generally, if someone has either asked the issue of learning from their mistakes, then how keenly
have we followed the advice? Psychologists advocate on the aspect of letting the children to
make their own mistakes although it has limits to sometimes (Bates, 2019). This shows that the
same scenario happens to the adults too.
Learning activity (Goldie, 2016).
Therefore, if someone is curious about something he or she will find out, try to learn what is
needed even if problems and challenges are anticipated. This shows the concept of learning
whereby information is imparted and then stored to the brain .I the discussion I have tried to
come with a story that shows peoples experience with the learning process.

Discussion
The story shows how s learning has been a subject of much interest and debate for long period of
time (Engeström, 2018). Most of the students learning how teach are availed with a number of
styles and studies which aids the learning process. Basically, one can learn a lot of things from
the experiences of pain ending up seeing the real life in different perspective. This shows that
learning includes process of gaining knowledge through different experiences and activities.
Building ideas through learning (Goldie, 2016).
In learning I can say that pain is the origin of the strong personality .In simple it shows that one
has to be in painful situation so as to learn lesson .For example just to tell a simple story of mine.
One day I was in class and my teacher requested me to explain the meaning of the world
“shame” to the entire class. The question got me unaware and therefore I had to face everything
so as to learn effectively. After short period of silence the teacher tried to humiliate me to the
front of the class. At first, it seemed naïve being asked a question the failing to answer yet my
colleagues were seriously requesting for chance to give answer. I was almost shy and I had
feeling that failing to answer the question shows nothing doing in the class. Unfortunately

consciousness came to my mind and I decided to apply the concept of learning. The classmate
did not believe how I answered the question. When defining the meaning of the word in
appreciated the issue of learning .I realized that one can learn everything and many people are
learning from the bad experiences.
The story also shows the Theory of procedural learning (Goldie, 2016). The theory shows that
learning is a process that is mostly driven and most of the times it relies on the personal traits.
The way I reorganized my brain to answer the question under pressure then it indicates that
learning is an inducing process that controls the brain.
Conclusion
How we learn for different concepts across the academia is determined by ones experience
(Willingham,Hughes & Dobolyi, 2015). Therefore, learning is pertinent to almost all discipline.
The theory of procedural theory gives a guidance that aids in learning. The discussion has
revealed my personal story in class and the learning response taken to handle learning concepts.
