INTRODUCTION
In this reflective report it will show the details about the theories of employment, voluntary and
goal setting theory. It also will highlight the implications of the experience and the transferable
skills like leadership and technology literacy etc. The reflective report will also shed a light on
the employability skills and on The Bucks Attributes. It will also display the work related
experience to the future goal and career plan and after that in the last it will highlight the
Curriculum Vitae.
MAIN BODY
Critically reflect on the relationship among the relevant theory and practice in work related
contexts
The relation between these existing relevant theories and in my experience is the practise
in work related factors that is A theory of employment is then a theory of the judgment of
employers to hire a candidate and of worker to offer their work. Keynes argues that the general
theory is essential in order to justify how unemployment can develop from the lack of collective
demand. As per this theory I have experienced in my university that taking right decision-making
is very necessary because when I make right decisions in order to accomplish my task or
assignment I can easily do it but when I took wrong decision everything I did result in failure. It
is very important to take right decision on right time so that it does not impact the work
(Nishitani, Unerman and Kokubu, 2021).
Voluntary action is the rule that a respective person is free to select its purpose and how
to accomplish them in the boundary of definite societal and ethical restriction, as opposed to act
that are pressure or determine. I had also experienced the same that when I was in my university
I used to get to choose the task or assignment freely but with the particular time limit and I used
to complete it on right time because when I got to choose my task freely and according to my
way to complete it. It became easy for me to do it and understand it correctly without any doubt
or complications.
The goal settings theory displays that when an individual is given an opportunity to select
their self goal and trouble finding, the more clear and particular the goals and more driven they
become to accomplish that goal (Skidelsky, 2019.). This theory was helpful in my work

experience and well as in my university. This was useful for me in my academic as it influenced
my learning performance as it gave me clear and more particular goals to achieve. I also had
experienced the same in the work experience as it was useful in the motivation of the employees.
It showed that the clear and specific and difficult goals is greater motivating factors and
particular and clear goals leads towards the greater output and better performance(Meyer and
et.al., 2018). Important and lucid goals attended by a deadline for completion confront
apprehension. The more practical and difficult the goal is the more an employee feels the
satisfaction and victory when he/she achieve it and motivate more for the achievement of the
next goal. The goal setting theory is a method that is utilized to hike bonus for the staff to
complete work promptly effectively. The theory leads to the improved presentation by enhancing
motivation and endeavour, but also through increasing and rising the feedback quality (Locke
and Latham, 2019). This is how it assists me in my work experience to motivate the employees
and to bring the best performance out of them by setting their own goals with clear and particular
aim.
Analysing the experience, skills and competencies and knowledge
The experience that I have gained from my university includes both positive and negative
factors like the positive experience I have received is the ability to work with the team. The
group project allotted by the university helped me in developing the skill of working together
giving and taking opinions of others (Marglin, 2018.). With the positive point there was also
negative point like I don't have the good communication skills and because of that I used to make
mistakes in my project and other tasks. I did not have great communication and this led to
making mistakes and because of this I was unable to ask my tutor to guide me or clear my
confusion. But another positive point was also their and that was the multi-taking. While I was in
my university I used to do multi-taking due to several assignments and projects of different
subjects had same deadline I used to manage and divide my every assignment in different time
slot so that I can complete it on time.
The leadership is considered as a higher order skill and typically needed for management
position. Transferable leadership skills include concept like clear and unambiguous or
communication and also unit building, and the power to representative things and get them done.

conflict resolution, project management, risk reduction along with superior interpersonal skills.
The Bucks graduate attributes teaches their scholar to work professionally and productively,
reflexively in groups and also at various times working in the leading team impressively. It also
focusses on the organizing and pull off self- directed task and exercising first and also the sound
opinion and the reflexivity. I do not have leadership skills and I intent to acquire these skills in
order to become an efficient leader.
Creativity and Critical Thinking in the last few-years many organisations is considering
the worth of creativity and critical thinking can bring in the company (Nisha and Rajasekaran,
2018). An individual working in creative sectors like the visual arts, design or marketing the
demand of respective with these skills has always been more than clear, considering the
requirement creativity to execute the work related with this role. The Bucks graduate attributes
graduates are impressive problem- solvers, capable to go for critical, creative and evidence based
thought process to believe innovative outcome to upcoming challenges. I personally lack
creativity and critical thinking in myself and I think should learn this skill and improve it so that
I can apply it in my future working or in the project.
Technology Literacy the technology is become a critical part of any job role in the
present time. From elementary skills of using the internet and office tools to progressive
analytical report generating or coding (Kumbhar and et.al., 2019). An employee is expected to
take care of various practicality with the assistance of software tools. Even with the countless
technologies and tools are available learning has become much easier after a definite amount of
experience. ERP and CRM software tools are being in use nearly in every company the day-to
day work management and payment calculation or various others related activities are happening
online. Staff is expected to have good exposure to technology to change themselves to ever-
changing digital work environments. The Buck graduate attributes graduates are the well-
prepared for the living, learning and working in a digital society. I think that having basic
knowledge of technology is not enough and I should learn new software tools and also coding as
I do not think that in the today's ever-changing technology world I should just know the basic
knowledge of technology.

I have gained significant learning in my work experiences which has a positive impact on
my overall development and the practices that have been useful in order to gain better advantage
in life. I have gained new and effective skills such as problem solving, time management etc.
which are crucial in order to work in pressure situations and achieve higher quality of output. It
has been beneficial for me to learn these skills as it has created an effective image among my
superiors. This image is useful to gain better opportunities in the business environment and
achieve promotions and appraisals from the business. These skills have provided me with
strength and a better approach to solve complex problems and achieve better output in the
industry. I have been able to achieve efficiency in my work with the help of these skills that are
crucial fort the overall development of my ability to convert the results in my favour. The
learning from these experiences is significant to gain better understanding of the topics and
improve the sustainability of business environment.
Team communication skills are the crucial abilities that have provided me with an
enhanced ability to connect with the team members and conduct the business practices
appropriately. I have been able to increase my efficiency with the team communication skills and
build better relationships with my co-workers and peers. These skills are effective in different
scenarios and business environment which helps in creating better opportunities for the overall
development of my personality and gaining better image in the industry. These experiences with
the team members have been able to provide me with a better learning of performing the crucial
tasks appropriately and achieving higher quality of output in the industry. It is highly effective to
complete the tasks in a group project with fewer errors and gain a better understanding of the
topics that are related with the work that has been done. It has been crucial to enhance my
performance in the work environment and develop a proper camaraderie with the team members
which can be useful to experience higher quality of results.
There are different types of skills plays vital role in the context of career growth and
success of individuals. Collaborative skill is one of those competencies that I have and used to
achieve desire aim and objectives. While working in a team, this competency contributes to
make my confidence level higher, in term of driving my attention toward collaborating with
others for purpose of sharing information and dealing with challenges that put negative impact
on candidates' performance in an organization. Collaborative skill provides a lot of benefits to

useful top increase my effectiveness in the competitive work environment and coordinate with
the people who are around me. The collaboration skills have provided me with an opportunity to
understand different situations and react according to them,. It is highly effective in the dynamic
work environment to have these skills which helps in improving the performance consistently.
These skills are beneficial for the business to gain better competitive advantage in the business
environment and improve my confidence to achieve better results in the environment. The skills
are beneficial to cooperate within the business environment and achieve better productivity while
performing the crucial tasks that are useful for the business to enhance the quality of output in
the business environment.
CONCLUSION
As per the above Reflective report it has been concluded that theory of employment,
voluntary and goal setting is very essential in the individual day to day life as it help in many
ways such as making right decision or to choose the right goal in order to accomplish the task or
assignment. The goal setting is also vital as it influenced the learning performance and also it
helped in giving more clear and achievable goal. Moreover, the report also highlighted the
implications of experience and the transferable skills, competences knowledge. It also had shown
