focus for all 4 documents was on maintaining positive work culture at the workplace. Under this
variety of concepts was being discussed for which understandings were made that correlated to
operations of the workplace being performed in the business market. Through the analysis, it was
being recognised that maintaining an effective flow of operations in the business firm can be
facilitated through proper communication techniques. For the purpose being coordination at the
workplace was being ensured through the application of effective communication techniques at
the workplace (Ayob, 2020). Critical use of framework was also being highlighted in article 3
under which a group of individuals was being tested on the basis of behaviour so obtained under
a variety of situations. Through the evaluation effective standards were being set on the basis of
which coordinative actions can be produced with respect to completion of operational as well as
business objectives.
In the mentioned articles core understandings were being made that facilitated use of the
framework for enhancing the decision-making process in the business firm. In addition to this, a
positive working environment to ensure solving of business problems and challenges faced at
times of operating in the business market was being taken into consideration. This aids in
deriving coordinative efforts while approaching a business objectives and avoids disputes as well
as conflicts at the workplace. In addition to this, it can be said that through performing several
pieces of research in article 1 in which data of Taiwan and U.S. was being analysed. Several
hypotheses were being made and tests were performed for the selection of such hypotheses.
Furthermore, other articles reflected towards following specified cultural groups was being taken
into consideration. For this enhanced productivity of the workplace can be ensured that will
