INTRODCUTION
Mental health is considered as level of psychological well being or situation related to the
absence of mental illness. Moreover, it also considered as situation when an individual is
functioning at the satisfactory stage of behavioral as well as emotional adjustment. There are
several situations which a person experience due to difficulties related to mental health disorder
such as depression, risk of suicide, schizophrenia and so on (Bao and et.al., 2020). The respective
report is based on case study related to the depression; the case is based on Mary who is at
responsible position in a large accounting organization. She lives with her husband Jim and three
children currently her family is noticing some huge change in behaviour and leaving condition

husband says that she is also not taking proper sleep as well as not interacts with others. In past
time she goes to the church but from some day she is not visiting to the church for prayer which
is improper for her family. According to Mary she is perfectly physically well but she diagnosed
with a mental issues i.e. depression as well as at that time she is treated with citalopram but from
last 1 year she is not taking the medicines as she think she is ok or good. Family of Mary think
that she is again experiencing or going through depression so they want to consult to the doctor
or medical professional so that her treatment will conduct properly as well as effectively.
