No, there is nothing that surprised me from the results above. This is because
these are I have been told before. It is always important to know the person or your
personality. The results from the map above did not provide different results from that

The information that I knew including the interpersonal and interpersonal.
Understanding of oneself is critical in pursuing a career of choice (Radford, & Radford,
2017). Moreover, when you understand yourself, it can help you to develop the
strategies to build a personal brand. This provides better management of daily activities.
I also knew my stand on integrity issues.
For example, I do allocate time to play and watch football. This is what excites
me at any given point and time. I won’t get tired of watching or playing football. Since
my youth, I would love to go out and watch with friends. I find myself comfortable and
cheerful in the midst of friends. In that case, I realised that I loved socialisation and
making new friends Lapointe, Vandenberghe & Boudrias, 2014). This is some of the
critical issues and elements that I find myself enjoying doing it over and over again.

realising these objectives. The goals that are set, I will conduct a continuous review of
these goals to help address the challenges or the limitations that are faced in the
process of implementing these changes.
For example, one of the goals is to be a competitive public speaker in the next
one year. This is a goal that is time-bound and specific (Greco, & Kraimer, 2018). To
achieve this milestone, there are tactics that I would use to meet this goal. I would read
extensively and organise informal public speaking sessions with other students to
sharpen my skills. This is important in providing some extensive understanding of the
areas of weaknesses and strengths to leverage. These strategies are essential in
improving and developing these public speaking skills at the end of the one year.
Furthermore, I would also seek for a mentor or a coach who will help in guiding
through a successful path of developing competitiveness in the market. The mentors
