and internal threats. It guide the company on various aspect of the business such as financial,

customer. Moreover, it analysis about the factors that influence about the demand for that
product and service. It generally includes price, location, economy activity and competition. It
helps the organization in understanding the market trend as well to identify about value and

The organization is facing high competition in the market that can affect the organizational
growth. Along with this, in order to reduce the competition company has opened their
institution at prominent place so that it can increase their customer range. Due to pandemic
education has been shifted to online platform as it is very effective way of connecting. Thus,
organization has introduce professional course so that it can attract large customer (Bash, 2020).

such as social media marketing. Thus,it is one of the most effective tool that helps in identifying

Financial issue: The another challenge the client is facing is financial problem that is stopping
the growth of the firm. However, there are various option available for taking the loan such as
bank , angel investor that will help increasing the growth of the organization and result in

enough capital then it can adopt advance technology that will help in promoting their
